Eyeshadow Techniques: The Halo

Now that we’ve mastered The Wash and The Windshield Wiper eyeshadow techniques, we can move on to The Halo Eyeshadow Technique! (Missed one of the other tutorials? I’ve linked them at the end of this post!)

The Halo is our last foundational eyeshadow technique. Once you’ve mastered it, you can move on to more complicated eyeshadow looks and really start to play and have fun!

Next in my Eyeshadow Techniques series--The Halo! The Halo is simple, quick, and universally flattering. www.heathershefbeauty.com

Eyeshadow Techniques: The Windshield Wiper

Now that we’ve mastered The Wash to apply eyeshadow, the next technique that’s important to understand is The Windshield Wiper. Like The Wash, The Windshield Wiper is a simple technique. But, it’s an important technique to learn because it is used in many eyeshadow looks.

One thing I love about the Windshield Wiper technique is that it can be used with light and dark eyeshadow colors. It can also be used on it’s own or layered with a lighter shade.

The Windshield Wiper is an essential eyeshadow technique to learn! Bonus--it's really easy! www.heathershefbeauty.com

This tutorial and technique will help you feel more confident in your eyeshadow game, and help you to have more fun with your eyeshadow looks!

How To: Emerald Eyes

I love eyeshadow. It’s one of the easiest ways to play with makeup colors and change your look. I used to be really intimidated by eyeshadow looks. Thank goodness my mistakes were before the years of cell phones and selfies! Haha! I want to take some of the guesswork out of eyeshadow application for you. It doesn’t need to be hard to have a great eye look! This Emerald Eye look is perfect for anyone with green, hazel, or even brown eyes. You can easily switch out the green shades for purples, browns, or pinks as well! Once you learn the technique, you can do any looks you want. Let’s get started.
